1. Complete Order: A $300 deposit is required and will be applied to your final purchase amount.
2. Consultation: Share your vision with us! Once the order is placed, we’ll contact you via email to gather all your specific requirements. We will guide you through the entire process, offering professional advice (if needed) to help achieve your desired look.
3. Customization: Choose your preferred hair type, texture, length, color, and style. You can also add any special instructions or requests to ensure your order meets your and your clients exact needs.
4. Quote: After finalizing your custom details, we will provide a detailed quote based on your specifications. All wholesale orders must exceed $1,500 USD to qualify for custom pricing.
5. Agreement: An agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be sent for review and signature to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of the order.
6. Creation: Once the agreement is signed and the quote is approved, we’ll submit your order for production. Our skilled artisans will carefully craft your custom extensions to meet your unique specifications.
7. Delivery: After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe and secure delivery. You’ll also be able to track the shipment every step of the way.

Yes, we do offer custom extensions for wholesale orders! The customization options are limitless—we can create extensions in Curly, Wavy, Coily, Yaki and Straight textures. We offer a variety of application methods, including Wefts, Tape-ins, K-tips, Halo Hair, Beaded Wefts, Clip-ins, Bulk Hair and more.

Whether you’re looking for a specific length, color, or style, we can tailor your order to meet your exact needs.

Hair samples and color swatches can be custom ordered upon request.

Yes, our wholesale products are custom, therefore, they are made to order.

Our opening minimum order price is $1500.00 USD with quantities of 500g+ per unit.

Wholesale products are made to order and have a lead time of approximately 3-6 weeks (this depends on the order quantity and time frame excludes holidays).

Wholesale orders ship for free within the U.S

Enjoy seamless transactions with a 50% down payment and the remaining 50% due upon shipment.
