Curly Heaven offers Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $150 USD.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding weekends and holidays) and we do not ship orders the same day. We do offer express-overnight shipping, however, note that all express order do take 1-2 business days to process and ship regardless of shipping option.

Overnight Shipping

Please note that overnight shipping will take 1-2 business days to process. Packages will not be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. We recommend ordering well in advance to accommodate any unexpected delays.

Misdelivery

While we strive for efficient delivery, we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers (UPS, USPS etc). In the event of any issues with shipping services, we're here to assist our customers, but please note that we are not liable for any lost or mis-delivered packages. For added security, we recommend that our customers consider opting in for Route Package Insurance during checkout. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities.

Mismatch Billing Address

We may request that your shipping and billing addresses match in order to approve your order. If your order is declined due to an address or name mismatch, we will reach out to you for additional information to address the issue prior to shipping your order. Orders not approved will be cancelled.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

The accuracy of the shipping address lies with the buyer. While we make every effort to expedite processing and shipping, there is a limited window to cancel, modify your order, or update the shipping address due to our swift processing times. Please review your information carefully to ensure accuracy. In the event an order was delivered to the wrong address please contact the shipping courier used to deliver your item. If the order is returned to us we will be more than happy to resend your package correct address, however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Please be aware that in the event of inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or if there are unverified details associated with your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. To prevent any potential delays, we kindly urge all customers to meticulously review their shipping and billing information before proceeding to checkout. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us ensure smooth and timely order processing.

Military Shipping

We do provide shipping to military addresses. All shipments are dispatched via USPS to a military base, where the responsibility for delivering the package to your ultimate destination lies. Please be aware that for military orders, delivery times may extend to approximately 15-20 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the option to exchange or return your order within 30 days of its delivery, provided that the security seal remains intact, and the hair extensions have not been worn, tampered with, removed from their original packaging, or taken out of the main package.
